Job Summary and Qualifications
The training specialist will focused on e-learning and creating engaging, self-paced learning experiences for CMOs and emerging executive leaders, rather than a traditional trainer or facilitator.
Working under the direction of the Manager, Physician Leadership Training Strategy & Design, this role translates defined learning strategies and business requirements into engaging, effective training experiences.
What you will do in this role:

Developing approximately 10 learning modules.

Building content within Articulate and creating interactive learning experiences.

Conducting pilot testing and incorporating stakeholder feedback.

Supporting executive onboarding initiatives, particularly for CMOs.

Potentially assisting with leadership development content for CFOs and other C-suite audiences.

Partnering with stakeholders to assess learning needs and design solutions.

Participating in brainstorming and content strategy discussions.

Creating scalable templates and resources that can be leveraged across multiple programs and departments.
