Role Description Pyrocom Systems is seeking a seasoned, senior-level International Account Sales & Business Development Manager to drive growth across the US–Mexico border region. Based out of El Paso, TX and Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, this role will focus on developing new business directly with the manufacturing industry — including maquiladoras, industrial parks, and cross-border operations — offering integrated security solutions such as CCTV/video surveillance, access control, and related electronic security systems. This is a high-impact, client-facing position for a true hunter and relationship builder who understands the binational business landscape and can operate seamlessly on both sides of the border.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities with manufacturing companies in the El Paso–Juárez region and surrounding border markets
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, site assessments, solution design coordination, proposals, negotiation, and closing
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers (plant managers, security directors, facilities managers, procurement teams, and C-level executives)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international/cross-border accounts, ensuring a consistent client experience in both the US and Mexico
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and installation teams to deliver tailored security solutions (CCTV, access control, and fire detection where applicable)
- Develop and execute territory and account plans to meet or exceed sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments in the border manufacturing sector
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry associations, and networking events on both sides of the border
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity reporting in CRM
Qualifications
- 7+ years of proven B2B sales and business development experience in security systems — specifically CCTV/video surveillance and access control
- Demonstrated success selling to the manufacturing/industrial sector; experience with maquiladoras or border-region operations strongly preferred
- Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) — verbal and written, at a professional business level
- Ability to work and travel freely on both sides of the US–Mexico border (valid documentation for regular cross-border travel)
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
- Established network of contacts within the regional manufacturing industry is a strong plus
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a binational territory
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of fire detection and alarm systems (a plus, not a requirement)
- Experience with integrated security solutions, low-voltage systems, or physical security consulting
- Familiarity with compliance and security standards common in manufacturing environments (e.g., C-TPAT, OEA)
- Bachelor's degree, in a related field (or Equivalent Experience)
