As a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) with our skilled nursing facility (SNF), you'll be an integral part of our interdisciplinary care team, working alongside our experienced healthcare professionals to deliver top-notch care to our residents. CNA Certified Nurse Aide Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on care to our senior residents, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and incontinence care
Monitor and record vital signs, report changes to nursing staff, and update resident charts
Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and coordination
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control standards
Collaborate with other care staff to ensure seamless transitions and effective communication
