The Luke's Auto Service Advisor conducts the following:
- Provides an exceptional customer experience regardless of circumstances, building trust and rapport throughout
- Greets all customers walking in or calling
- Checks in vehicles being dropped off, including but not limited to proper verification of services to be performed and further investigative fact-finding of customer concerns
- Sells repair services based on customer needs and motivations, including accurately and fairly overcoming objections through further relationship building and service explanation
- Invoices vehicles being picked up
- Answers the phone, including but not limited to addressing customer questions, converting to appointments, proper fact-finding of customer’s concerns, and writing up appointments
The Luke's Auto Service Advisor performance is evaluated on attitude, presentation, and humble servant’s heart, high quality written and verbal communication skills, detailed and accurate repair order write-up, gross profit and gross profit-per-hour generated, number of assigned and completed repair orders, and sales close ratio.
Necessary Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years experience as an automotive service advisor. Independent all-makes-all-models experience a benefit but not required.
- Must be able to work and complete work tasks in a timely fashion within an environment that has constant distractions and interruptions.
- Must possess a working knowledge of how to use a Windows computer and web-based applications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
