Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Manage all front desk operations during shifts, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Conduct nightly audit procedures to reconcile accounts, verify billing accuracy, and prepare financial reports for a night auditor
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and foster positive guest relations
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV systems, conducting patrols of common areas, and controlling access points to safeguard guests and staff
- Operate multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette to assist callers efficiently
- Document incidents or irregularities during your shift through detailed reports for accountability and follow-up
