ZIEHL-ABEGG is looking for a high energy and results-oriented --- Human Resources Recruiter who can be a strong contributor to our heavily expanding company. The main purpose of this roleincludes identifying recruiting resources and sourcing of resumes to always ensure a candidate pipeline while ensuring that all departments have all personnel resources needed while conforming to labor laws.
Human Resources Recruiter
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications in collaboration with department supervisors
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges, etc.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, attending career fairs, etc.
- Collaborate with all local resources (colleges, schools, etc) to build candidate pipeline
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications and assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Maintain and update applicant database for ZA
- Create assessment tests for candidates if needed
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to management
- Manage contingent workers as well as their timecards and submitting them to the appropriate staffing agency
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter or relevant role (1+ year minimum)
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc.)
- Ability to establish trust and confidence by maintaining a high level of credibility, integrity, and skilled communications with managers, HR, and candidates
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.)
- Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Dependable, discrete, loyal, confidential
- Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, reporting ability)
