Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and sales-oriented Receptionist to create positive first impressions while supporting customer engagement and sales opportunities. Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, visitors, and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information about products and services to interested customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
- Support customer engagement and promotional activities.
- Assist with sales opportunities generated through customer interactions.
- Answer phone calls and respond to general customer inquiries.
- Follow up with customers and prospective clients when needed.
- Maintain accurate customer records and appointment information.
- Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Collaborate with team members to support customer engagement and sales goals.
- Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Friendly, confident, and professional personality.
- Comfortable interacting with customers and visitors.
- Goal-oriented and willing to learn sales techniques.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Reliable, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or reception is a plus but not required.
