The Lotus Day Spa and Electrolysis are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Certified Electrologist to join our diverse team. Duties
- Perform electrolysis hair removal treatments with precision, adhering to safety and sanitation standards
- Conduct thorough consultations to assess client needs and develop customized treatment plans
- Maintain detailed records of client treatments, progress, and preferences using salon software such as Booker or similar platforms
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, skin health, and maintenance tips to optimize results
- Ensure all treatment areas are sanitized and maintained in compliance with health regulations
Experience
- Valid certification as a Licensed Electrologist or equivalent credential from an accredited program with prior experience
- Proven experience performing electrolysis procedures in a professional setting
- Knowledge of esthetic laser treatments and other advanced skin care techniques is highly desirable
- Familiarity with salon management software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms for scheduling and client management
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction
- Experience in retail sales of skincare products and beauty services is a plus
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols, body waxing techniques, nail care, makeup application, barbering, hair threading, and other esthetic services enhances your versatility as a provider
