Lead Classroom Teacher
Qualifications: High School Diploma required. Experience with young children is necessary. Must pass a background check and a pre-employment physical. OCCRRA Level II Career Pathways status preferred, or willingness to obtain.
Availability: Ideal shifts are M-F 7:45am -3pm and 3pm-5:30pm
Job Responsibilities: Supervising young children in a small group setting, located within Community Bible Church. Current students ages range from 13 months to 2 1/2 years. (Long-term goal is to age all students up to maintain a 2-year-old classroom.)
Completing lesson plans, managing a group of 3-7 students on your own, diapering, maintaining a clean workspace, and inventory of classroom supplies. Adapting to the behavioral, educational, and physical needs of children, handling conflict management among children, interacting with parents, attending staff meetings and child development trainings, etc.

Pay: $13.75 - $16.50 per hour
