SOCIAL WORKER-LMSW or LCSW

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the direction of the Director of Behavior Health Services and School Health Coordinator, provide mental health counseling services, psychosocial support and work with care managers to provide robust services to patients of the East Harlem Council for Human Services, Inc. (Council)/Boriken Neighborhood Health Center. Contribute to performance improvement, staff development, and other programmatic and clinical functions.
QUALIFICATIONS: NYS Licensed Master Social Worker; Masters degree in Social Work. Minimum of 2 years experience preferred. Bilingual Spanish required. Experience working with children and families required. Must have Active NYS Medicaid/Medicare Provider # if LCSW.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
