Position Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Physical Therapist to join our growing concierge care team as a 1099 independent contractor.
This role is ideal for a seasoned clinician who is confident working independently and enjoys providing highly personalized care to private-pay patients in their homes, luxury residences, and recovery settings throughout Los Angeles County.
Our patients often include post-surgical clients, professionals, executives, older adults, and individuals seeking premium rehabilitation services delivered with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions in the home setting
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, caregivers, and family members
- Educate patients on recovery, mobility, safety, and wellness
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
- Deliver a white-glove patient experience that reflects Harmonia's concierge standard of care
QualificationsRequired
- Active California Physical Therapist license
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Los Angeles County
- Professional liability insurance (or ability to obtain)
Preferred
- Home health, outpatient orthopedic, post-operative, sports medicine, or geriatric experience
- Experience working with private-pay or concierge patients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
