Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between patients and our dental professionals by coordinating treatment plans, explaining procedures, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the patient care process. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help us deliver an outstanding patient experience from consultation to completion.
Duties
- Collaborate with dentists and specialists to develop clear, comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Explain proposed treatment options, costs, and insurance coverage details to patients with clarity and confidence.
- Schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal workflow and patient convenience.
- Follow up with patients regarding treatment acceptance, financing options, and next steps to promote adherence and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of treatment plans, patient communications, and insurance information in electronic health records.
- Assist in coordinating referrals to specialists when necessary, ensuring seamless transitions of care.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a dental office setting, with a strong understanding of dental office procedures.
- Knowledge of dental terminology, treatment planning processes, and insurance billing practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to clearly explain complex information to patients and team members.
- Experience supporting medical administrative functions such as scheduling, record keeping, and insurance processing.
- Familiarity with dental office software or electronic health records systems is preferred.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
