- Experienced Service Technician with 5+ years of prior HVAC employment
- Experience in HVAC service and repair required with 5+ years of experience.
- Is a dependable self-starter

- Is available to work Monday – Friday and occasionally OT or a weekend.
- Highly organized and motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Must be reliable and dependable to be at work
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial and commercial HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, heat pumps, and ventilation systems.
- Perform service calls and troubleshoot equipment to identify malfunctions.
- Assist in cleaning, replacing filters, and performing basic maintenance tasks on HVAC equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and explaining system functions or needed repairs in a clear, professional manner.
- Document work performed on service calls, including time spent, parts used, and any recommendations for further service.
- Maintain and organize tools and equipment in accordance with company policies.
- Continue to develop knowledge of HVAC systems and technologies through on-the-job training and formal education opportunities.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check
