We’re a fast-growing rental company serving the greater Austin area, looking for dependable and hard-working individuals to join our field crew. This role involves setting up and taking down temporary fencing at a variety of locations — from construction sites to events — and is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on, outdoor work with a flexible schedule.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver, install, and remove temporary fencing and related materials at various job sites.
- Tow a trailer using your own truck to and from job locations.
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, performing physical labor.
- Show up on time, communicate clearly, and represent our company with professionalism.
What We’re Looking For:
- You own a truck that can tow a trailer.
- You have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- You can lift 50+ lbs and are comfortable with physical work.
- You’re reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
- Bonus: experience in construction, towing, or moving is helpful but not required.
