Job description - Position - Technician:
- We currently have Part-Time & Full-Time positions available at multiple of our locations in the area such as:
-Niles, IL
-Arlington Heights, IL
-Elmhurst, IL
- Part time would be 3-4 days per week, typically open to close. Full time would be 5 days per week.
We are looking to hire a Technician who's job will include:
- Checking in/out customers for their repairs at the store.
- Upselling accessories and insurance plans to customers with their repair.
- Performing diagnostics on customer's devices.
- Performing repairs on customer's devices such as smartphones, tablets, computers, game systems, and more.
Paid On-Site Training:
- We offer all repair and sales training on-site our location. We also offer several certifications as well.
Background screening will include:
- Drug Test
- Criminal Background Check
- Driving Record Background Check
Compensation:
- On top of an hourly wage, we have health insurance benefits available and an IRA with matching available.
- We also pay commission for upselling products and services that we offer in-store such as insurance plans, cases, and screen protectors. So you have the opportunity to earn much more than just your hourly wage if you are good at sales.
Schedule:
We are currently open 10am-6pm Mon-Sat.
Advancement:
We always promote from within, so we have paths for career advancement in the form of a few different positions such as Remote Technician (mobile repair van), Assistant Manager, Sales Manager, and Store Manager.

Interview:
We usually do a quick 2-5 minute phone interview first to help narrow down candidates. Then we conduct all the best candidate interviews in person. We are pretty flexible and are happy to work around a schedule that is optimal for everyone involved.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
