The Sous Chef/ Kitchen Manager (KM) is a high energy, passionate individual who will be responsible for all kitchen operations on an opening, mid or closing shift including supervision of a culinary team, made from scratch food preparation, safety and sanitation and all to ensure Absolute Guest Satisfaction. We are a chef driven, scratch kitchen that allows culinary freedom and creativity.
The Sous Chef is responsible for proper staffing, scheduling and staff development of all culinary team members. The Sous Chef will support the needs of the Chef, be a leader for the culinary team, and deliver a great dining experience for our guests.
This is a great opportunity with one of the busiest restaurants in the market. The Common Man operates a fast-paced restaurant, a catering department for both on site and off site events, and a upscale bar.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
