Supplemental Health Care is partnering with a school district in Odessa, DE who are seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time, school-based contract opportunities. These are serving students in either a preschool or high school setting.
Available Openings:
Preschool SLP
- Full-time position
- Ages 3-4 years
- Inclusion-based caseload
- In-person services required
High School SLP
- Full-time position
- Primarily supports students with Autism and Intellectual Disabilities
- In-person services required
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Provide direct speech-language services to students
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Qualifications:
- Current Delaware Speech-Language Pathologist Licensure
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to meet all school district credentialing and onboarding requirements
- Previous school-based experience - Preferred
- Experience working with preschool students and/or students with Autism and Intellectual Disabilities - Preferred
Contract Details:
- Competitive pay: $55 to $60 per hour
