Job Title: Bartender / Server
Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Bartender cum Server to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for mixing and serving drinks to customers, taking food and drink orders, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This position requires a friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and take drink and food orders
- Mix and serve drinks according to recipes and company standards
- Check customers’ identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Serve food and drinks to customers at tables
- Clean and prepare the bar area and tables
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and well-organized work area
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bartender or server
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
- Attention to detail and good time management skills
- Certification in bartending or hospitality is a plus
