Compensation
* Base Salary: $3,000.00 per month
* Monthly Performance Bonus: Additional performance-based bonus opportunities are available based on individual and store performance.
* Annual Performance Bonus: Employees who meet annual performance goals and company requirements may be eligible for an annual bonus.

Job Summary
We are hiring an E-Bike Sales Associate to support daily retail operations in our store. This position is primarily responsible for customer service, in-store sales, and basic e-bike repair and maintenance support.
The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and enjoys helping customers choose the right e-bikes and accessories. Candidates with sales experience or bicycle/e-bike experience are preferred. Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
* Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
* Recommend suitable e-bikes, accessories, and related products based on customer needs
* Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and financing options (if applicable)
* Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
* Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented showroom
* Assist with basic e-bike assembly, adjustments, repairs, and troubleshooting
* Support customer test rides, product demonstrations, and answer product-related questions
* Assist with inventory management, restocking, and merchandise displays
* Answer phone calls professionally and respond to customer inquiries
Requirements
* Retail sales experience preferred
* Bicycle or e-bike experience preferred
* Basic bicycle/e-bike repair or maintenance skills preferred
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
* Responsible, punctual, and a team player
* Multilingual ability is a plus
* Able to move and handle e-bikes and related equipment when necessary
