Sheet Metal Foreman: $35-45/hr
The Sheet Metal Foreman leads commercial HVAC installation projects while promoting safety, quality, and productivity on the job site.
Responsibilities:
- Lead HVAC/sheet metal crews on commercial projects
- Plan and coordinate installations
- Promote and uphold safety standards
- Manage multiple tasks and job site priorities
- Train and mentor team members
- Read and interpret construction drawings
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of HVAC leadership experience
- Journeyman or Master card preferred
- Bluebeam and Procore experience a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license required
Sheet Metal Mechanic: $25-35/hr
The HVAC Mechanic assists with commercial HVAC system installations and supports job site crews with quality workmanship and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems and ductwork
- Set and connect HVAC equipment
- Read construction drawings
- Support and mentor helpers/apprentices
- Complete projects safely and efficiently
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Vocational training preferred
- Commercial HVAC experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation required
