Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression while managing check-in and check-out procedures.
- Operate multi-line phone systems efficiently to answer inquiries, direct calls, and relay messages promptly.
- Manage office supplies, filing systems, and data entry tasks using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and word processing tools.
- Maintain organized records through accurate clerical work, including proofreading documents and managing client communication logs.
- Support office management tasks like calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and coordinating meetings or events.
- Utilize computer skills to update databases like QuickBooks for billing or invoicing purposes while ensuring data accuracy.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing questions professionally and assisting with administrative needs to enhance overall productivity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel or administrative roles with strong clerical skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry processes.
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience handling multi-line phone systems and client communication.
