We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Control Analyst to help maintain accurate inventory levels and support the daily operations of our distribution warehouse. What You'll Do
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Analyze inventory data and generate reports.
- Monitor inventory movements and replenishment.
- Collaborate with warehouse, planning, and operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and company standards.
- Use inventory systems such as WMS, SAP, and Microsoft Excel.
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and warehouse processes.
- Safely operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in inventory control or warehouse operations is required.
- Experience in the food distribution industry is a plus.
- Experience using WMS, SAP, and Microsoft Excel preferred.
- Forklift experience and certification are required.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in warehouse, cooler, and freezer environments.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Bilingual (Spanish required, English is a plus).
