CC4PM is seeking Medical Assistants to join our growing specialty practice. Our Medical Assistants work closely with physicians and nurse practitioners to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do
- Room patients and obtain vital signs
- Review and reconcile medications
- Document patient information in the medical record
- Educate patients regarding treatment plans and upcoming procedures
- Schedule procedures and follow-up appointments
- Conduct follow-up communication with patients as needed
- Support physicians and nurse practitioners throughout the clinic day
What We're Looking For
- Previous medical office or healthcare experience preferred
- Medical Assistant, Patient Care Technician, or related healthcare training is helpful but not required
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
About the Role
- Typically assigned to support one physician or nurse practitioner
- Providers generally see approximately 25–30 patients per day
- Occasional opportunities to support multiple providers as a float team member
- Scheduled across one or more of our Toledo-area locations based on business needs
