Ben Kaufman Sales, a recognized leader in the beach towel industry, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service / Sales Representative to join our growing team in Medley, Florida.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who enjoys building customer relationships, generating sales opportunities, and being part of a successful company with a strong presence in the retail and promotional products markets.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email
- Assist customers with orders, product information, pricing, and inquiries
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Make outbound calls to existing customers to maintain relationships, generate repeat business, and introduce new products
- Make outbound prospecting calls to potential customers to develop new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support the sales team with account management and follow-up activities
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales information
- Represent Ben Kaufman Sales at seasonal trade shows and industry events. Sept-Jan. Orlando, Myrtle Beach, Gatlinburg, Las Vegas.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service and sales experience preferred
- Experience with outbound calling, lead generation, or account management is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
- Ability to travel occasionally for seasonal trade shows
