Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team, committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring guest rooms and public areas are impeccably clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment
- Perform floor care duties such as mopping, sweeping, and carpet cleaning to uphold cleanliness standards
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, and supplies in guest rooms and public areas
- Handle janitorial tasks efficiently in common areas, hallways, and service spaces
- Follow established health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to management for timely resolution
- Maintain cleanliness of hotel public spaces including lobbies, restrooms, and corridors
- Use industrial cleaning equipment when necessary for deep cleaning tasks
- Assist with laundry duties related to linens and towels as required
- Support housekeeping management in maintaining inventory levels of cleaning supplies
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment
- Prior hotel or hospitality experience is highly advantageous
- Strong understanding of janitorial procedures and safety standards
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality standards
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team

Pay: $12.50 - $13.00 per hour
