Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk support
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role working with families or children preferred
- Sales or hospitality experience with the ability to guide customers through enrollment decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable handling customer concerns and resolving issues professionally
- Proficiency with basic office software such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with booking or scheduling platforms (such as IClassPro) is a plus
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in aquatics, swim schools, recreation, or youth programs
- Knowledge of swim lessons or aquatic programming as a product is a plus
- Experience providing facility tours and converting inquiries into enrollments
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Overview:
The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for families and students. This position is responsible for greeting customers at the front desk, assisting with class enrollment, answering questions about swim lessons, and ensuring a smooth and friendly customer experience from arrival through registration.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with children and families, is highly organized, and is comfortable guiding customers through enrollment conversations while maintaining a professional and hospitable front desk presence.
Responsibilities:
- Greet families, students, and visitors warmly at the front desk and provide a welcoming environment
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding swim lessons, schedules, and enrollment
- Assist families with class enrollment, program information, and account management
- Provide tours of the facility and explain swim lesson programs to prospective familiesSupport enrollment conversations and finalize class registrations
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues appropriately when needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer communication and enrollment details
- Assist with daily administrative tasks including scheduling, account updates, and basic reporting
- Work collaboratively with instructors and management to ensure excellent customer experiences

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with families and children while helping guide customers through a positive enrollment experience. The position requires a balance of hospitality, organization, and customer support while maintaining a professional and welcoming front desk environment.
Candidates with prior experience in swim schools, aquatics programs, recreation facilities, or youth services are highly encouraged to apply. Candidates will be an integral part of strategy long-term. On-Site required; not a remote position.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
