RI Party Store – Opening Soon!
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Party Store Associate to join our team as we launch our new party store.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Operate the cash register and process sales transactions
- Assist customers with party supplies, balloons, and event décor selections
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well-merchandised
- Assist with receiving and unpacking shipments
- Inflate balloons and create basic balloon arrangements (training available)
- Help prepare orders for pickup and delivery
- Support daily store operations and special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Previous retail, customer service, or cashier experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable lifting up to 30 pounds
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Balloon experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and occasional holidays
