This is not an entry-level “stand around and hand out flyers” role. We are looking for outgoing, driven individuals who are confident approaching homeowners, generating leads, and setting appointments. Top performers thrive here. What You’ll Do
- Promote Windows Plus products and services through door-to-door canvassing, retail marketing, and events
- Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home sales appointments
- Memorize and confidently execute approved marketing and canvassing scripts
- Professionally overcome objections and engage homeowners with confidence
- Meet and exceed weekly performance and KPI goals
- Maintain professionalism and represent the Windows Plus brand positively in all interactions
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
- Maintain clean, organized, and functional workstations
- Visit customer installations for approved marketing purposes when applicable
- Work independently while contributing to a competitive, team-oriented environment

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in English required
- Valid driver’s license required for advancement opportunities
- Must meet eligibility requirements to obtain necessary door-to-door permits
- Must have a smartphone with reliable service and app capabilities
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to climb, balance, stoop, crouch, and lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to consistently engage and communicate with homeowners and event attendees throughout shifts
Schedule Expectations
Brand Ambassadors may work a combination of retail shifts, events, and canvassing schedules based on business needs.
Retail Shifts
- Typical hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Canvassing Schedule
Winter
- Monday–Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Friday reserved as a makeup day for inclement weather
Spring / Summer / Fall
- Monday–Thursday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Friday reserved as a makeup day for inclement weather
- All Brand Ambassadors are required to work a minimum of 2 Saturdays per month
- Event schedules and hours may vary
