Tara Manufacturing is seeking a Production Labor – Folder I to support final inspection, folding, and packaging of completed pool liners prior to shipment. This role plays an important part in ensuring products are properly prepared, protected, and meet quality standards before leaving the facility.
The position focuses on folding, inspecting, and packaging liners while maintaining organization and accuracy in the production area. The Production Labor – Folder I works closely with production and inspection teams to ensure liners are processed efficiently and correctly.
This is an entry-level role ideal for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This position is on-site in Owens Cross Roads, Alabama within a manufacturing environment. The role requires standing for extended periods and performing repetitive physical tasks such as folding, lifting, and packaging materials.
Work schedule is Monday – Friday, 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM, with overtime as required.

Perform final inspection of pool liners to identify visible defects or issues.

Fold liners neatly to ensure proper fit and presentation for packaging.

Place folded liners into boxes and secure packaging for shipment.

Verify liner size, specifications, and labels for accuracy.

Handle materials carefully to prevent damage during folding and packaging.

Maintain clean and organized work area with necessary packing materials.

Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.

Report any defects, concerns, or discrepancies to supervisor.

Work cooperatively with production and inspection teams to ensure quality and efficiency

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Entry-level; no prior experience required.

Manufacturing or packaging experience is a plus.
