Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, coach, and schedule front desk associates.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
- Manage daily front office operations, including check-in/check-out procedures.
- Monitor room inventory, reservations, and daily arrivals/departures.
- Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and audit reports.
- Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance with Best Western policies.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance management of front desk staff.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest readiness.
- Handle guest billing, third-party reservations, and payment issues.
- Assist the General Manager with daily hotel operations and special projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of hotel front desk experience.
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS); Best Western or AutoClerk experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
