Job Summary
Here at Stor-Mor Structures we build portable tiny homes, sheds, cabins, garages etc. I am looking for a painter to help in the finishing aspect. You would prep, tape, caulk, paint (spray and roll) and help to install finished hardware on buildings.
I'm looking for someone that can work consitent 8-10 hour days inside or outside, is self-motivated and can work well in a team. I need someone that is able to work without constant supervision and works well regardless if the boss is here or not.
I offer weekly incentives if productions targets are achieved.
Major holidays are paid days off.
Somewhat flexible schedule, as long as work is getting done, I understand that we all have lives, children and hobbies that we need to take care of. Some guys work 6:30-3:30, some work 8-5. I don't care as long as your responsibilities are getting done.
