Job Summary
Queen City Mechanicals, a commercial/industrial plumbing and utility contractor, with 40 years of industry experience operating within the Greater Cincinnati Tri-State Area, is actively seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager.
Responsibilities for this position that support the plumbing and civil construction departments of the company include:
- Receive and process electronic requests from field staff for delivery of company owned assets
- Schedule deliveries to be made by warehouse driver
- Repair broken power tools
- Perform routine maintenance on construction equipment; excavators, skid steers, manlifts and trailers
- Set up, manage and track electronically all tools and equipment assets through software program
- Purchase tools from vendors on an as needed basis
- Clean and re-stock tools in gang boxes upon return from job site
- Perform light routine maintenance on vehicle fleet; oil change, replace wiper blades, etc…
- Perform light maintenance on dump truck fleet; replace tires, replace tarps, oil change and grease
- Maintain electronic maintenance records for all vehicles and equipment in the company’s fleets.
- Property maintenance of business location
- Schedule and dispatch dump truck fleet (currently 4)
- Create processes and procedures for more efficient operation of the warehouse
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
- General knowledge and experience with computerized inventory and management software
- Clean driving record and background check
