Prairie Village Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced, energetic Registered Nurse to oversee the provision of nursing services in our Skilled Nursing Facility.
The Director of Nursing for our skilled nursing facility will work with well-established policies and procedures and a friendly, caring staff in a homelike environment.
Experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:
Oversees the entire nursing department, including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other support staff
Develops and implements policies, procedures, and standards to ensure high-quality patient care
Conducts regular rounds to assess the quality of care and ensures that departmental goals are met
Collaborates with other departments, including quality improvement, infection control, and rehabilitation services
Recruits, trains, and evaluates nursing staff to ensure a competent and committed workforce
Requirements:
Experience preferred; not required
Current RN license in the state of Illinois
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and excellent customer service
