Site Manager opportunity for a 201 unit condominium in Kailua, Hawaii.
The Site Manager will work a minimum of 40 hours in a regular work week being Monday through Friday, additionally on call 24/7 for emergencies. Regular days off will be Saturday and Sunday.
- Report to the PM to coordinate the physical management including cleaning and maintenance of the common areas of the building and grounds.
- Solicitation of bids from contractors and management of those contractors while they are on site.
- Resident relations. This includes enforcement of the house rules and dispute resolution between residents.
- Attending meeting of the board and the annual owners' meetings and any other meetings as required by the board.
- As well as other duties outlined by the board.
Salary based on experience.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
