Client Experience Specialist
G.M. Roth Design Remodeling, an award-winning design-build remodeling company serving Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts for over 40 years, is seeking an outgoing, organized, and sales-minded Client Experience Specialist.
About the Position
You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients and will play an important role in creating an exceptional experience from their initial inquiry through project completion.
The ideal candidate is a polished communicator who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, asking thoughtful questions, and supporting the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and greet clients, prospects, vendors, and showroom visitors
- Conduct in-depth introductory calls with prospective clients to understand their remodeling goals, gather qualifying information, explain our design-build process, and determine the appropriate next step
- Accurately enter and maintain lead information in our CRM
- Schedule appointments and provide administrative support to the sales and production teams
- Follow-up with prospective clients as needed
- Conduct scheduled client check-in calls throughout the design and construction process
- Document client feedback and communicate questions or concerns to the appropriate team members
- Prepare client correspondence and assist with project, warranty, and closeout documentation
- Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional reception area, showroom, and conference rooms
- Provide general administrative support to Management, Sales, and Production
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, sales support, hospitality, client relations, or office administration
- Excellent telephone presence and written and verbal communication skills
- A natural ability to build rapport and make people feel comfortable
- Confidence asking questions and guiding conversations with prospective clients
- Strong organizational skills, consistent follow-through, and keen attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with a CRM or customer database
- Construction, remodeling, design, or showroom experience is helpful but not required
Compensation and Benefits
- $25.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience
- 10 Paid Time Off (PTO) days and 7 paid holidays
