Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development & Account Manager drive new business opportunities while managing and growing existing client accounts. This role combines proactive lead generation with strategic account management to maximize revenue and long-term client value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline of qualified leads
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Manage and grow existing client accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to align on lead generation initiatives
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and account growth
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
