A leading Construction Commercial Interiors General Contractor is looking to hire a Superintendent to join their growing Manhattan team due to continued success within the Construction Commercial Interiors market across NYC.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Superintendent with strong Construction Commercial Interiors experience to join a well-respected General Contractor delivering high-end commercial interior fit-outs, workplace renovations, tenant improvements, and corporate interior projects throughout Manhattan.
About the Role:
Responsibilities for the Superintendent include:
- Managing subcontractors on Construction Commercial Interiors projects
- Coordinating daily site activities across multiple Construction Commercial Interiors projects
- Running schedules, look-ahead meetings, and site coordination meetings
- Leading OAC meetings and maintaining communication with clients and project teams
- Maintaining quality control and site safety standards
- Working closely with Project Managers on Construction Commercial Interiors projects throughout Manhattan
- Overseeing commercial interior construction activities from demolition through final handover
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Superintendent within the Construction Commercial Interiors market
- Proven experience managing Construction Commercial Interiors projects in NYC
- Strong knowledge of commercial interior fit-outs and renovations
- Must be working for a New York City Construction Commercial Interiors General Contractor
