Alpine Crest Elementary is a K-5 school located in Red Bank, TN. Our campus is located on 17 acres. We have a certified Arboretum, short hiking trails and several outdoor classroom areas. Our vision is to develop leaders and learners who are critical thinkers, problem solvers, and exemplify strong character. We are looking for staff with a growth mindset who are open to offering students diversified learning experiences, collaborate to develop a strong school community, and focus on students’ academic, social, and emotional growth.
Responsibilities

Plan, deliver, and assess effective instruction aligned to Tennessee state standards

Design engaging lessons with clear objectives and measurable outcomes

Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners

Collaborate regularly with colleagues and support staff

Build strong, respectful relationships with students and families

Create a well-managed, structured classroom environment

Qualifications
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required

Valid Tennessee teaching license in Elementary Education (K-5) OR current enrollment in an accredited teacher preparation program
Compensation & Additional Info:
- based on education and experience – starting at $50,000.00

Eligible positions may qualify for additional pay under the Differentiated Compensation Plan
