What We Offer

Salary: $55,000–$60,000 annually

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and manage the phone system

Assist walk-in customers with their needs

Gather customer requirements to understand project scope and expectations

Provide solutions and perform suggestive selling based on shoring needs

Schedule and coordinate deliveries, pick-ups, and returns with CDL drivers and vendors

Create and distribute weekly reports to the sales team and field staff

Identify new opportunities by monitoring construction job boards

Generate leads for the sales team

Complete customer pre-qualification processes

Prepare and process rental quotations, reservations, and contracts

Educate customers on proper equipment use

Maintain a clean and organized office environment
