Location: Wallingford, CT (Controlled Fluidics – 1262 Old Colony Rd, Wallingford, CT 06492)
Schedule: First Shift, Mon–Fri (6 a.m. – 4 p.m.) | Direct Hire | Full‑time
Compensation: $23–$29/hour, commensurate with experience
- Do you thrive around vertical machining centers, lathes, and multi‑axis mills?
- Can you turn a blueprint into a reliable setup and a first‑article that passes inspection?
- Are G & M codes, offsets, chip control, and coolant flow second nature to you?
- Do you like owning your results—time tracking, IPC entries, and part counts included?
You’ll set up equipment across the production floor and communicate machine status to operators while producing precision plastic manifolds and components. You’ll run forming, drilling, tapping, reaming, chamfering, and cutting operations; adjust tooling and work offsets; and verify quality at the machine. Expect to contribute offline through hand deburring, sawing, bead blasting, scraping of plastic parts, and insert installation. Throughout each run, you’ll capture process and IPC data in Pro Shop/Part Level, hit Time Against Work Order targets, and keep in‑process counts current.
