We’re seeking reliable, detail-oriented professionals with strong experience in forklift operation, shipping, receiving, and order processing to join our growing team.
What You’ll Do
- Safely operate order pickers, sit-down forklifts, and reach trucks
- Perform high-volume shipping and receiving functions with accuracy and efficiency
- Process and verify orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Load, unload, stage, and move materials throughout the facility
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Ensure compliance with all warehouse safety standards and company procedures
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and inspection-ready
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
What We’re Looking For
- Proven forklift experience (order picker experience strongly preferred)
- Highly proficient in shipping, receiving, and order processing
- Strong working knowledge of RF scanners and inventory systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- In good standing with Hammes Staffing
