Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Reception: Greet and welcome guests warmly, providing professional consultation and guidance.
- Phone & Appointment Management: Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to customer inquiries.
- Payment & Billing: Accurately process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Customer Experience Maintenance: Ensure the front desk and relaxation areas are clean and well-organized.
- Service & Product Recommendation: Understand and promote spa treatments and products to customers.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a spa or beauty industry front desk role, familiar with booking systems and front desk operations.
- Strong customer service skills, enjoys engaging with people and providing warm and personalized service.
- Proficient in computer use and POS systems, able to efficiently handle appointments, billing, and data entry.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple customer appointments.
- Professional appearance and communication skills, representing the Crystal Spa brand image.
- Must be available on weekends and holidays (mandatory).
