Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Roofing Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all project goals are met on time and within scope. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Duties
- Lead and manage project teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, and resources to ensure successful implementation.
- Utilize project management tools such as Company cam to track progress and maintain documentation.
- Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making and optimize project outcomes.
- Implement Agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency and adaptability.
- Supervise team members, providing guidance and support to foster professional development.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables while identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of roofing systems.
- Familiarity with product management principles is a plus.
- Proficiency in using project coordination tools.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred but not required.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
