We’re looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and motivated Spa Sales Associate to join our front desk team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and love helping people feel their best — this role is for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Greet clients and manage appointments
- Sell memberships, upgrades & retail products
- Must meet and exceed sales goals
- Strong Computer Skills, Zenoti Software experience a plus.
- Ability to effectively communicate membership benefits, spa policies and procedures.
- Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun and fast paced environment
- Support daily spa operations and cleanliness
What You Bring:
- Sales & customer service experience (required)
- Friendly, confident communicator
- Comfortable using POS systems and doing basic math
- Bonus: Experience with fitness/tanning/waxing membership sales
Schedule:
- Part-time / Seasonal (8–16 hrs per week)
- Potential for long-term opportunities
Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly + Commission
