What You'll Do

Prepare and serve nutritious, age-appropriate meals and snacks that support healthy growth and development.

Follow USDA guidelines and food safety standards to ensure meals are prepared accurately and safely.

Collaborate with infant teachers to develop individualized menus that meet the nutritional needs of infants.

Complete grocery orders, food service records, and required documentation accurately and on time.

Assist with inventory management for food, paper products, and cleaning supplies.

Maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment throughout the center, including classrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas.

Conduct daily safety inspections of indoor and outdoor areas to help ensure a secure environment for children.

Safely manage waste disposal and sanitation procedures.

Support classrooms and playground activities as needed to help maintain safe supervision ratios.

Participate in nutrition and sanitation trainings to stay current on best practices.

Travel occasionally to support other campuses when needed.
