We are looking to hire a full time flexible Budtender to fit our team!
Specific schedule looking to fill is: Thurs night, Friday mid, Saturday Morning, Sun/Mon nights. You will be a well rounded valuable budtender to us!
Must be able to obtain the Marijuana OLCC permit, as well as the Roseburg City permit. The City permit cost $100 to start for the first year, every year after that is $50 to renew. OLCC marijuana permit cost $100 and is good for 5 years. Must be able to pass a background check to obtain both permits through the city and state.

We are currently seeking self motivated, knowledgeable staff members who would like to spread and share the Emerald Triangle experience.
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. Your technical sales knowledge, along with your ability to effectively communicate with customers, will contribute to the success of our store. We value individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent time management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and technical expertise to customers
- Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Stay up-to-date on product features, pricing, and promotions
Skills:
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and sales records
- Effective time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Must be 21+ and have a valid OLCC Marijuana Handler Card
Must be comfortable with computers, POS systems and cannabis production
Available for all shifts, including nights and weekends
Knowledge of cannabis
Knowledge of Compliance a plus
Knowledge of Metrc a plus
