Are you a passionate LPN ready to take the lead? Our Memory Care community is looking for an energetic and compassionate 2nd Shift Lead LPN to help guide an amazing team while providing exceptional care to our incredible residents.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and support our evening nursing team with confidence and compassion.
- Provide exceptional, person-centered care to residents living with memory loss.
- Administer medications, complete assessments, and oversee quality resident care.
- Coach, encourage, and support caregivers throughout the shift.
- Partner with families, providers, and teammates to create a safe, positive, and engaging environment.
- Help ensure every evening runs smoothly while creating moments that matter for our residents.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds a current LPN license.
- Has leadership experience or is ready to step into a leadership role.
- Is organized, dependable, and an excellent communicator.
- Has a passion for serving seniors, especially those living with dementia or Alzheimer's.
- Leads with kindness, positivity, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
