THE ROLE
As our Registered Nurse, you won't just be checking boxes or taking vitals—you will be the heartbeat of our patient experience and clinical workflows. You will work side-by-side with our providers to deliver seamless, holistic care. From acute triage and procedural support to patient education and nursing staff oversight, your work will directly impact our patients' lives and our clinic's growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct Patient Care & Clinical Support
- Provide compassionate, top-tier clinical care during patient visits, including vitals, intake, triaging, and health assessments.
- Administer medications, immunizations, and injections following established protocols and provider directives.
- Assist medical providers with minor in-office procedures, exams, and diagnostic screenings.
- Perform lab draws (phlebotomy), point-of-care testing, and specimen collection efficiently and accurately.
Innovative Workflow & Patient Navigation
- Serve as the primary liaison between patients and providers, offering clear care coordination, lab follow-ups, and post-visit guidance.
- Utilize modern, cloud-based Electronic Health Record (EHR) tools and digital communication platforms to keep care seamless and paperless.
- Educate patients on preventative health, wellness plans, chronic disease management, and perform Medicare Wellness visits.
Clinic Optimization & Quality Improvement
- Collaborate with the Clinic Manager to continuously refine, streamline, and improve clinical workflows and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory of medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and emergency equipment.
- Uphold strict compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, CDC, and state healthcare regulations.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR (QUALIFICATIONS)
- Education & Licensure: Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of MN. BLS/CPR certification required.
- Experience: 1–3+ years of clinical nursing experience in primary care, urgent care, emergency medicine, or ambulatory care preferred. (Experience in a growing clinic or medical startup is a major plus!)
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating modern EHR systems, the clinic’s proprietary technology, and digital communication applications.

Pay: From $95,000.00 per year
