McGowan PAE is currently accepting candidates for a full-time entry-level Client Consultant position in our Professional Athletes & Entertainers Insurance Solutions Practice. This position will primarily support our Senior Client Consultant (specifically Personal Insurance) with client service support and provides a long-term career opportunity for growth within our unique PAE Practice.

They must also be able to interact with high-profile clients, be team oriented and possess exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Duties include:
The responsibilities include working closely as a team with the Senior Client Consultant in processing the incoming daily mail, entering and scanning insurance policy transactions, preparing insurance policy invoices and automobile ID cards through our client database system (EPIC), managing new and existing clients’ insurance programs while proactively working with our clients’ sports agents, attorneys and financial advisors.
Education/Software/Experience:
· EPIC (Agency Management System) experience is a plus
· Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Property & Casualty license or willing to pursue in the future
· This is an in-office full-time position. No remote or hybrid option.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly evaluate accounts to determine if they meet established underwriting guidelines.
- Ensure compliance to program guidelines.
- Prepare/finalize referrals as required for carrier approval.
- Evaluate and prepare loss analysis.
- Be able to price risks based upon supporting documentation.
- Evaluate applications to ensure completion and review missing materials with clients.
- Accurately enter large amounts of data into computer systems.
- Prepare insurance quotes and proposals, collect information for quoting.

Education and Experience:

Job Type: Full-time, 40+ hours a week.
Schedule: 8:15am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday + evenings and weekends as needed.
