Elegant Wedding venue looking for Banquet Servers:
Key Responsibilities
- Event Setup:Preparing the banquet hall by setting up tables, chairs, linens, place settings according to event specifications.
- Guest Service:Greeting guests professionally
- Food & Beverage Service:Serving plated dinners and appetizers, carrying trays of food and beverages, and ensuring drinks are refilled and buffets remain stocked.
- Clearing & Cleanup:Removing plates, glassware, and utensils between courses, clearing tables, and assisting with post-event breakdown and cleanup.
- Collaboration:Working closely with kitchen staff and event coordinators to communicate timing, guest requests, and any issues that arise.
- Customer Interaction:Answering questions about menu items, making recommendations, and responding to guest needs or special requests.
- Safety & Sanitation:Adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Event Breakdown:Assisting with packing away tables, chairs, linens, and other service items after the event concludes.
*Must have weekend availability
